Blanco - See all my reviews    I have bone spurs in my neck and from time to time they give me lots of problems. I have less pain now than before since I have been using this pillow. It provides LOTS of support while I'm sleeping and I don't "wrestle" with it all night long. No matter how I move my head during the night, my head and neck area are all equally supported. I highly recommend this pillow. This pillow has been the best! The firmness of the pillow can be adjusted with the amount of water in the pillow. I miss this pillow when I travel. It's a little tricky to find the correct amout of water for best comfort. After that it is OK, but not the most comfortable pillow. IMO a regular pillow is just as good and much cheaper.
