Nice sized pillow and easy to wash, June 1, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Organic Pillow - Standard Bought this pillow for my 2 year old to use in the crib. Good size, nice firmness and I throw it right in the washer and dryer to clean. I have purchased many other naturepedic products and I have always been pleased with their quality.

This pillow is great and I can trust that it's completely safe for my daughter. My only complaints is that it's a little too puffy. I'm sure it will go down with some use, but because of it being too puffy right now, I don't feel good about letting my daughter use it just yet.

We had previously provided her with a standard size pillow made of latex, but the pillow proved to be too full and too high for her head, so after much searching, we decided to this junior pillow. The pillow will be small in the pillowcase. We fold about 1/3 of the pillowcase so that there's not too much loose fabric. Aside from being smaller width/lengthwise, it's also flatter than standard pillows, but so far it is holding its shape. It gives her just enough cushioning. We love the fact that it's machine washable (haven't had to wash it yet) and natural (felt the price was reasonable for a natural pillow). And just as important, she loves it!
