great customer service, March 6, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Flaxseed Pillow - Long Neck Pillow (Cheetah) I bought my girlfriend the long neck pillow. Problem was, the neck pillow is designed to be used lying down, for when she tried to use it sitting at her desk, all the flaxseed ran to the ends of the pillow, leaving no seeds for the back of her neck and creating even more pressure on the back of her neck. I wrote an email to Maggie Wong (owner) and, much to my surprise, she wrote back, eager to help. She offered to send a new neck pillow, but this one would be divided up into 6 "compartments" (to keep the seeds from shifting too much). But in the end, I ended up exchanging the one I had with her new "horsehoe" design, which turned out to be perfect. (It was also in purple, which is my gf's favorite color!) Great customer service.
